It was her quote on myspace before the cd came out and i emailed her and asked and she said it was a lyric from song on her cd that was coming out. maybe i am
dense, but everytime i listen to the cd i can't hear the quote....

I dont have a clue I just sat and read all of the lyrics from the new album and cant find it sorry. why didnt she just tell you the name of the
song?........Maybe she wanted you to rise to the challenge or something, I'll keep looking for you though

Maybe it was one of the songs that was going to be on her album but it didn't make it to the final cut. That's all I can think of.
I know that it's not anything she's released on any of her US albums, and I'm pretty sure it's not a lyric from a Japanese Bonus Track (i.e. Hummingbirds and God Gave Me Patience from Hello...x). I'm seriously thinking that it's just a quote from a song that didn't make it to the album, in which case she might play it live sometime, but I don't know that she's played it yet cause I have live clips of unreleased songs from most of her concerts she's done and I haven't heard that lyric.
